Punto Health pioneers AI-driven dementia management, connecting patients, carers, and clinicians through its dual platforms: PuntoCare and PuntoClinic. Their fast-growing traction is fuelled by clinical NHS partnerships, user testing, positioning them to transform care pathways and reduce costs while improving patient and caregiver quality of life.
